For short and shoulder length hair use a dime-size amount, for longer hair use a quarter-size amount and apply to damp, shampooed hair. Work through each strand concentrating on the ends. Comb through and do not rinse out. Style as normal. Follow up with a flat iron or blow dry to lock in moisture.
