The felt tip makes it easy to draw out thick or thin lines in a range of fun colors that stand out from the crowd. Not only do your lines dry down fast, but we made sure to make it last with a long-wearing formula that is water resistant and smudge-proof. For a quick cat eye on the go, you can use the soft, tapered felt tip as stamp for your wing. Just hold the liner parallel to your eye and stamp on the outer corner, then connect it by lining your eye as usual.
For best results store standing up with the tip facing down.
