This is so eye catching and looks like diamonds on your nails! Yes, It's glitter and if you want your nails to really be smooth use a gel like top coat! It's going to be a bit of work to take off but the payoff when wearing is totally worth it in my opinion! I haven't found anything that comes remotely close to this and believe me I've tried many of them! I also wear a one coat of silver polish under this. I've had many compliments on my nails when wearing even from men! Be sure you have acetone polish remover when you're ready to remove.
