LA Colors Browie Wowie Brow Pencil

I love this product. The chisel tip does everything from sharp lines, to fill, to fade. Other companies charge anywhere from $6.50 to $12.50. It's RIDICULOUS. This is how it should be, and it comes in plenty of shades. Good job L. A. Colors. I was having trouble finding it, and was grateful to find it at H.B. Beauty Bar.

I have used this for years and then couldn’t find in stores. I tried different eyebrow pencils. The color lasts longer than any other eyebrow pencil I have tried. The color & width of pencil is what works for me!
