How To Use
• Wear alone or as a topper to add a pop of confetti to any manicure or pedicure.
• If wearing alone, apply 1-2 coats over Bonder Basecoat until you have desired coverage. Top with your favorite ORLY® topcoat and let dry.
• If using as a topper, apply 1 coat over your favorite nail color, finish with your favorite ORLY® topcoat and let dry.
