ORLY Cutique Cuticle and Stain Remover

Great cuticle remover and when I got some light blue staining when removing a polish, I used this immediately and the blue stains came right up. To be clear, I used a stain blocking base coat which had done its job, but when the blue was reactivated upon removal, there was light staining that came right off with this. This won’t remove set in stains. At least on my nails. AND the packaging is a dropper style now. Not a brush just FYI.
