1. PREP - Push back cuticles and cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe and alcohol or acetone to remove surface oils.
2. BASECOAT - Apply one thin coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized Basecoat and allow to dry.
3. COLOR - Apply 2 even layers of ORLY Nail Lacquer and allow to dry. Pro Tip: Keep your brush parallel to the nail to deposit color rather than dragging it off the nail.
4. TOPCOAT - Finish with your favorite ORLY Topcoat.
