Apply serum in the PM just above your upper eyelash line on clean, dry skin (swipe it on like eyeliner!). Use one dip for both eyes. Allow 1-2 minutes for the serum to dry. Once you've reached your max lash potential, use 2-3 times per week to maintain your look.
