1. This product can be used either alone or over makeup.
2. To apply the blush, gently remove any excess product from the applicator and dot it onto the apples of your Cheeks, starting with a small amount.
3. Use a gentle tapping or dabbing motion with your preferred tool to blend the color seamlessly into your skin.
4. If you prefer a more diffused look, use a brush and layer the product as desired.
