How To Use
To enhance areas with glitter or other sparkly products, follow these steps:
1. Take a small amount of glitter primer and apply a thin and even layer to those areas.
2. Let it sit for a few seconds and while it's still moist, press glitter, foil, or loose pigment onto it.
**Remember, applying a thinner layer of primer will make the application of glitters more comfortable.
