• Start by curling Lashes with LA Gir's Lash Curler.
• Twist out mascara wand, and gently wipe off the excess product on the edge of the tube.
• Place the wand at the base of your upper lash line and wiggle the wand in between Lashes, then pull upwards to the tip of your Lashes.
• Repeat until all upper Lashes are thoroughly coated.
• For the bottom Lashes, place the tip of the wand at the base of your lower Lashes and gently wiggle the wand back and forth.
• Apply 1 to 2 coats as desired.
