lips together 2–3 times (the "m-m" motion) to feel an instant boost of moisture. The velvet formula spreads evenly and
smoothly, creating a soft, blurred effect.
For a gradient look, use your fingertip or a lip brush to blend the tint outward from the center of your lips to the edges, as if
you're gently diffusing the color. If you prefer a more intense payoff, layer the product 1–2 more times.
