How To Use

1. Apply one coat of ORLY Bonder
2. Rubberized basecoat to prepped nails.
3. Apply two coats of color allowing to dry slightly between coats.
4. Finish with your favorite ORLY topcoat and let dry.

This is not a neon.

I bought several polishes from this new orly collection thinking they were brighter, but these are not neons, FYI. I’ve ordered these only to realize i already have these colors in my collection. This one is definitely bright, but I wouldn’t classify as a neon. I’d classify it as a bright, pinky orange (pictured in my photo on the left). Not at all close to a neon tho. (Polish on the right is ‘that’s hot’)
