ella+mila Copabikini

I purchased Copabikini and Ella+Mila's Bags Are Packed, which is a very watery cobalt blue, and neither bottle is close to the color advertised. The cobalt blue can be built up, but the formula is sheer and incredibly watery. It makes an instant beeline for the cuticle area and pools there. Copabikini is advertised as a neon yellow; however, the bottle I received is more of a puke green/yellow color and not neon at all. I tried it over a white base and it still was more puke green than yellow. The formula was watery with Copabikini as well. I was really looking forward to trying polish from the Ella+Mila brand and ended up incredibly disappointed instead.
