Instructions: After soaking cuticles with Cuticle Soak or Manicure Soak Balls for 3 to 4 minutes, apply a small amount of Cuticle Softener to the cuticle area. Massage gently into the cuticle area. Proceed by pushing back cuticles, remove hangnails and thickened skin around the nail plate.
