1. Wash Face thoroughly to remove any make-up, cream, or lotion
2. Thoroughly wet your nose with water. The strip will not adhere to a dry nose.
3. Apply the strip, smooth side down. Press down and smooth out air bubbles to ensure good contact with the skin.
4. Let strip dry for 10 to 15 minutes, until stiff to the touch. 5. Carefully peel off strip starting at the edges, pulling towards the center. Rinse off any residue with water.
