How To Use
1. Clean and dry eyelids.
2. Shake before using.
3. For extra hold, apply a second layer.
4. Wait 30 seconds, press down eyelashes onto eyeliner from inner corner to outer corner.
Close cap immediately after use as it can dry the product up if opened for 1-2 minutes. Avoid keeping this product in extremely cold or hot temperatures.
